What is covered
rettraburn.com alone. Placing an order passes you to our authorised retail partner's checkout, which runs under its own policy and announces that before you enter anything.

Your payment card is not on that list. It is entered on the retail partner's encrypted checkout and never travels through this site.
Uses, in full
- Answering support messages and handling 60-day guarantee claims.
- Keeping the site online and looking into abuse, scraping or fraud.
- Seeing which pages get read, in aggregate only, so the weak ones can be rewritten.
- Meeting the record-keeping duties the law places on us.
Three promises
- Your details are never sold, rented or traded. To anybody, at any price.
- Emailing support never adds you to a marketing list.
- None of your behaviour here is fed into an advertising profile.
Cookies in practice
Some are strictly necessary for a page to render. The others tally visits without attempting to work out who you are. Any current browser can block or clear both in a couple of clicks, and rettraburn.com still works properly afterwards.
Other parties involved
Three of them: our web host, the provider carrying support email, and the retail partner taking payment and shipping the order. Each may use what it sees only to provide that service to us. Anything wider happens only where a law or a valid legal process demands it.
How long
Support threads: up to 24 months, so a follow-up does not mean starting again. Server logs are held far more briefly, and only for security. Then gone.
Your rights over it
Your local law may give you the right to a copy, a correction, an erasure, or an objection to a particular use. Email [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. Identity may be checked first, which guards your data rather than holding up your request.
Under-18s
RetraBurn is intended for adults over 18. Nothing on this site is aimed at children and we do not knowingly hold their information. Say so if you believe otherwise and it is deleted.
Updates
Each revision updates the date under the title, and material changes are flagged on the homepage for a period.
